To warmly welcome our new team members, Latentek hosted a lively onboarding gathering on December 1, 2025, at MANGIA Italian Restaurant. The event provided a relaxed and enjoyable setting for everyone to connect over great food and conversation.
The gathering began in a friendly and casual atmosphere, where each new colleague introduced themselves and shared their background and expectations. This not only helped break the ice but also allowed team members to better understand one another. Laughter and engaging conversations filled the room, creating a strong foundation for future collaboration.
In addition to the delightful Italian cuisine, interactive sessions were arranged to encourage communication between new and existing team members.
