SICC, which was founded on Oct. 2010, is the high-tech company who focus on the third generation semiconductor Silicon Carbide material. Recently, they are the largest industrial base around Asia with the third generation semiconductor material.
SICC is the chairman of China Wide Band-Gap Semiconductor Industry Alliance, which is under the head of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technologies, and also is the vice chairman of China Strategic Emerging Industry Enterprise Council.
