WiPDA Asia(Wide Bandgap Power Devices and Applications in Asia) is the international forum hosted by IEEE, PELS. By gathering the specialists from academia and industries, the issues focus on the bandgap power devices application and future development. Under the trends of 5G and AI, it promote the growth of supply chain in high-tech industries. The products which we agency from the SiC manufaturing equipments, materials of SiC, GaN, GaN-on-SiC, SiC-on-SiC, SiC epitaxy, is on this supply chain.
